The reply above mentions a setting to de-activate automatic renewals, which may exist, however I did not come down in the last rainstorm, and I have never (thankfully) given IOLO consent to automatically renew anything. The reply from "support.socialmedia(at)" on the last review suggested that my problem was with their "third-party online vendor" (who seem to have developed a new name btw!!), however the collection of monies and renewal of subscriptions is one area where IOLO excels - it came as no surprise to me to find that when I eventually managed to get to my account with the intention of cancelling my subscription, there was no visible way of doing so.

I have posted a number of reviews on Trustpilot, as it seems that is the only way to get a response - it seems that a number of other people have had exactly the same experience as mine.

At least, judging from the reviews on this and other similar sites, they are very consistent - in the worst possible way. Words do not often fail me, however in respect to IOLO and their products and "backup", I find it difficult to express just how useless and incompetent this mob are.

POOR PRODUCT AND WORSE "SERVICE" BUT CONSISTENT!!
